Custom sneakers are hand-made to your order. Creating custom design involves many steps to guarantee quality. Please allow 4-5 weeks to finish and ship out your order. If delay occurs, we will contact you with up to date information.

Express Turnaround

Select Express Turnaround at the checkout to put your order to the front of artist's queue and have it finished in 2-3 weeks.

Shipping time

Shipping takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

During some periods, like holiday season, delivery delays beyond our control may occur, because postal network is overloaded with packages. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience.

If you received tracking information and would like to get updates about delivery, the fastest way is to reach out to the shipping provider (USPS / UPS / Fedex) to inquire about shipment status.

We kindly ask for your understanding, that postal delays are out of our control, and if the package has been shipped out within advertised turnaround time, we can not issue refunds on orders that are already in transit to you.

Yes, we ship all over the world. We offer free tracked delivery on any order, to any country.

Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. As they are location dependent we cannot confirm how much these charges will be. The customer will be contacted directly by their local customs team to make payment. If this payment is not made the package will be destroyed and we will not be able to offer a refund. 

When you select Express Turnaround during checkout, we put your order to the front of our queue with highest priority, and will normally have it finished and shipped out in 2-3 weeks.

Order is shipped from one of our warehouses with tracked courier shipping. We use USPS, FedEx and UPS for shipping to the US.

You will receive an email with the tracking number when your shoes are shipped. Please be sure to receive your package on the delivery date - we are not responsible for stolen packages.

Customers must provide an accurate and complete address (including apartment number, building, entrance code, block, etc.) to ensure successful delivery. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot reship or refund the order.

Customers should stay alert for calls from the delivery service to avoid missing them, as this could result in delays or failure of delivery. If the package fails to be delivered due to this reason, no refund will be issued.

All orders are covered with our Purchase Protection. If you do not receive your order, or the sneakers are significantly different from what was advertised, we will refund your order and deal with the artist ourselves - so you can purchase with peace of mind.

Please contact us immediately with product complaint. Every case will be evaluated and decided by us.

We do not allow refunds or exchanges as per our T&C, because every product is made to order. All sales are final.

We may make refund/exchange under Purchase Protection, based on our evaluation.

If you placed an order for a wrong size, please contact us immediately to change it.

If you placed an order by mistake, make sure to contact us within 24 hours with cancellation request - otherwise we can not cancel the order.

We require all our artists to only use authentic products purchased from authorised resellers. If you have doubts in authenticity of your product, please reach out to us so we can investigate, and, if needed, exchange or refund your pair.

We offer customization services, like adding your initials, to some designs on sale. If the option is not available, we can not customize the design.

Our custom sneakers are handcrafted and should be worn with care. As works of art, they're not for everyday use. Design is covered with special finisher for protection, but can still be damaged through misuse.

Don't use washing machine. We recommend a bristle brush and a trainer cleaner product.
