Custom sneakers are hand-made to your order. Creating custom design involves many steps to guarantee quality. Please allow 4-5 weeks to finish and ship out your order. If delay occurs, we will contact you with up to date information.

During some periods, like holiday season, delivery delays beyond our control may occur, because postal network is overloaded with packages. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience.

If you received tracking information and would like to get updates about delivery, the fastest way is to reach out to the shipping provider (USPS / UPS / Fedex) to inquire about shipment status.

If you placed your order with Guaranteed Christmas delivery, and it arrives late, we will refund all shipping fees and send you a small gift to say "sorry" from our team.
